Our Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below with Speciality Farm Foods Ltd. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website. Please read them with care.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged as applicable at the current rate at the time of invoice. The current rate of VAT is 15%.
If your order is being dispatched outside of the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then your invoice will include VAT at 15%.
Contract between the customer and Speciality Farm Foods Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched ( at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy below.
A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate prior to checkout and payment, and will be shown.
Privacy
Any information that we collect about you, will be used only in normal order completion and account processing activities and will be used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never pass your details on to another party without your permission.
Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 16 days.
Cancellation and Return
Orders can be cancelled by sending an email to us stating the order number, and your name. Credit/Debit cards will be refunded within approximately 5 working days. You may still ask for a refund against faulty stock if you return the stock to us unopened within 10 days in its original packaging. You should first write to us with your complaint giving your order number and name. The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us – we therefore recommend you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or Speciality Farm Foods Ltd Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and cheque. All transactions are shown in £ sterling and will be charged in £ sterling against your credit/debit card. Any other currencies displayed are for guidance purposes only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the exchange rates used.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) or one of the Channel Islands then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 15%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Duty and Customs Information
All overseas deliveries are subject to their local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any local import duties, taxes/charges or laws related.
Our Guarantee To You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all products unless otherwise indicated. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case you will be notified prior to despatch of any goods and offered either a 'partial fulfilment' of your order, amendment, or cancellation. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Home Delivery
All prices include delivery on UK mainland provided your order exceeds £100 excluding VAT in value. A £3.00 delivery charge will be applied to deliveries from £50 to £100 and a £4.00 delivery charge to deliveries below £50. These prices include VAT.
All orders are despatched by next day carrier and you will be informed by email when your goods have left our warehouse (normally within 3 days of ordering). If you have not received your order within the following 24 hours please contact us immediately. If you require a specific delivery day please state this on your order.
On despatch, we will send you a notification email alerting you. We regret that we cannot guarantee a particular time of day.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
Speciality Farm Foods Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members agents directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Speciality Farm Foods Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Speciality Farm Foods Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
